Does The Chocolate Fountain Use Real Chocolate? Yes, we use the Finest Belgian Chocolate. How Much Chocolate Do You Provide? Our pricing includes the fountain with enough chocolate to accommodate 100 guests. Additional bags of chocolate may be purchased for 21.00/bag (accommodates 40 guests). Do I Have To Set Up, Tear Down & Clean The Chocolate Fountain? Fortunately, we do all the work for you. We will arrive at your special event at least 30 minutes prior to the designated starting time. The fountain will then be carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing elegantly so your guests will smell the sweet aroma of chocolate when they arrive. We will then clean and dismantle the Chocolate Fountain at the conclusion of the event. How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event? Our package includes use of The Chocolate Fountain for the duration of your event. Additional charges may apply if breakdown occurs after 11:00 PM. What Are The Table & Electrical Requirements? Since The Chocolate Fountain is very heavy when full, a level, sturdy table is a must. If it is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly. Your banquet facility should provide one table linen that will coordinate with your color scheme. The Chocolate Fountain requires a 120-volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the set-up location. Can The Chocolate Fountain Be Used Outdoors? Because of the chocolate’s sweet aroma, little flying pests are very likely to be attracted to the chocolate. Beyond that, maintaining the temperature of chocolate is critical for continued smooth operation. This would be difficult to accomplish in an outside setting. (Unless surrounded by a three-sided tent). Is Delivery Included In The Price? Delivery is included within Fayette Co. Additional charges may apply if outside Fayette Co. Do You Require Reservations & A Deposit? Yes, we require a reservation, a signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Reservations are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. The balance of your payment is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of your event. |
