Event Styles: Let us “WOW” your guests! They’ll talk about your event for months!!

Butler-Style Passed Hors d’oeuvres or “Dinner by the bite”: Typically these events can last around 3 to 4 hours. This style is generally used for corporate and social events or wedding receptions. Professionally dressed waiters can also offer guests wine presented on silver trays. Bar service can range from beer and wine to a various options of top shelf full bar beverages. This type of hors d’oeuvre style will normally utilize standing cocktail tables, also known as bistro tables to promote socializing.

Hors d’oeuvre Reception: A special event that is designed to be an alternative when the host does not desire a full dinner service. Although a substantial menu is suggested and discussed based upon your menu tastes, it is not intended to serve as a meal. Guests are customarily served a hot and cold passed hors d’oeuvre along with a selection of displayed-buffet style stations or buffet table. An hors d’oeuvre reception typically can last 4 to 5 hours. Again, this type of reception would encourage the use of several standing cocktail tables, or bistro tables.

Seated Dinner: This is a special, more formal event. Generally, a seated dinner will begin with an hour of cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, which guests will then be seated to replicate a restaurant environment experience. Additional service staff is necessary for a seated event verses a buffet event simply due to the increased details to serve each guest. Bar service is usually discontinued during dinner service while dinner wines are served. Full bar service is available concluding dinner. Table linens may vary according to color, textures and styles to incorporate this type of event.

Buffet Stations: A fantastic option for social events. Buffet stations lean towards a less formal atmosphere. This style of event is often used for wedding receptions to formal corporate events and fundraisers. Freestanding decorative buffets are stationed in various locations to promote guests flow and interaction.

What does not change is the high standards and caliber of our quality menu selections and service team. Each event offers options of china style, linens, glassware and décor.

Linens: Every special event requires linens to cover guest tables and enhance the appearance of objects such as waiter stations, bar accessories, cake tables, gift tables and registrations tables.
